UK – SBC announces six events as part of Betting on Sports

By - 26 July 2016

Betting on Sports, the two day conference and exhibition for the betting industry, has revealed more details about the packed agenda and attendees are advised to book tickets now in order to take advantage of the Early Bird discount before it expires at the end of the month.

Betting on Sports is the largest sports betting industry conference for a decade with 50+ speakers, an expected 700 delegates, and a total of six events over the two days. The conference is held on the 15 & 16 September 2016 at the prestigious 5-Star Grange Tower Bridge Hotel in London.

With 50+ top industry speakers across the entire programme, the conference has been split into multiple tracks. Delegates can explore important topics such as live betting engagement, customer acquisition, betting integrity, new market entrants, innovation in virtual sports, developments in horse racing and opportunities in eSports among others.

The exhibition, drinks reception and official party will guarantee plenty of business and networking opportunities and world class hospitality for an expected 700 delegates.

SBC Managing Director Andrew McCarron commented: “Betting on Sports is going to be the biggest event the betting industry has seen for 10 years. Alongside the speaker sessions, exhibition and plenty of networking, we are excited about the addition of the C-Level Management Event, the Top Sports Betting Affiliate Event, and the BIG Foundation Sports Charity Gala Dinner.”

The Affiliate Event is organised in partnership with TAG Media and will see the top 30 sports betting affiliates attending Betting on Sports. The affiliates are treated to accommodation, dinners and tailored sessions thanks to sponsors such as 138.com, Betway, EnergyCasino, LeoVegas, Marathonbet, Bet On Brazil and VIKS.com.
The C-Level Management Event will bring about 40 CEOs from leading sportsbook operators and 20 CEOs from the supplier side. This is the only strategic and networking event for leading sportsbook operators and suppliers in the betting industry.

Betting on Sports will then sign off with a fittingly glamorous finale at the BiG Foundation Sports Charity Gala Dinner on Friday 16 September. The charity event will focus on attracting donations from the betting and gaming industry for those in difficult circumstances, and feature appearances from sports celebrities.

SBC Founder Rasmus Sojmark added: “This ambitious event for the betting industry wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our sponsors. So I’d like to thank Golden Race, Betradar, SBTech, BetConstruct, TXODDS, Metric Gaming, DigitalFuel, Betgenius, Don Best Sports, Digitain, and Oddslife. We still have many opportunities for brands who also want to reach the best names in the betting sector.”

Betting on Sports is organised by SBC and follows the successful Betting on Football Conference on 21 April held at Stamford Bridge with 400 people in attendance.
