UK – Town and County win JCM distribution deal

By - 27 October 2015

Town and County Leisure, the Birmingham headquartered national gaming and amusements company, has secured distribution rights to the JCM FutureLogic market leading Ticket2Go system.

Ticket2Go fully supports the GBG (Gambling Business Group) UK TiTO standards and has been qualified with digital and analogue machines operating in the UK market, including SG Gaming (T7 and T8 cabinets), Novomatic, Merkur-Blueprint, Project Coin, Astra (Pluto 6) and Bell Fruit Games (Scorpion 6).
Announcing the appointment, which was confirmed in advance of the Autumn Coin-Op Show in London, Jim Foster, Sales Manager, JCM Global, said: “Town and County is part of the fabric of UK gaming and has built a reputation for professionalism, in-depth market knowledge and integrity. Paul Langham and his team have an intimate hands-on knowledge of the Ticket2Go system and the decision to appoint them was a ‘no-brainer’. Their knowledge of Ticket2Go in effect makes them an extension of JCM as opposed to an arms length distributor or broker of product. I look forward to a long and mutually rewarding business relationship with Paul and his team.”

Paul Langham, Managing Director of Town and County, added: “Ticket2Go is playing a central role in helping all sections of the industry to exploit the full potential of TiTO in terms of an enhanced player experience, machine security, maximising machine uptime and freeing up staff in AGCs and Bingo Clubs to do what they do best which is delivering high levels of customer service. Furthermore, I can safely say that Ticket2Go is the most reliable piece of kit that we have dealt with.”

He added: “Being distributors for JCM is a major development in the 40 year history of Town and County and represents the fourth arm of the business, complementing our existing machine operating, sales and service activities. By deploying our infrastructure and applying our expertise to a parallel sector, we are now able to offer the industry a professional ‘one stop shop’ service which we will expand and develop over time.”
