US – Barona Resort & Casino voted San Diego’s best local casino

For the sixth year in a row, Barona Resort & Casino has won Best Casino, Loosest Slots and Best Casino Buffet in the annual San Diego’s Best Union-Tribune Readers Poll.
Barona is the most decorated winner in the poll with a total of 22 first place awards.
“We are extremely honored to accept these awards from our players and the San Diego community for the sixth year in a row and we want to thank everyone who voted Barona the best in 2016,” said Rick Salinas, general manager of Barona Resort & Casino. “These awards reflect the hard work and dedication of all 3,000 of our staff members because without them, none of this would be possible and that is just one reason why we are most proud of being named the Best Place to Work in the 2016 poll.”
Barona was voted the best in 22 different categories in the San Diego’s Best Union-Tribune Readers Poll including: Best Local Casino, Loosest Slots, Best Casino Buffet, Best Steakhouse, Best Casino Restaurant, Best 24-Hour Restaurant, Best Hamburger, Best Asian Cuisine, Best Hotel, Best Golf Course, Best Day Spa and Best Place to Work.
